Duration: 6 Months (Possible extension and conversion based on performance)

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Pay Range: $30 - $33 per hour (W2)

We are seeking a “Technical Writer II” to join one of our leading healthcare clients.

Job Summary

Seeking a Technical Writer II to support the Heart Failure Division by documenting business and operational processes using established templates. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering information from stakeholders, creating process documentation, and maintaining approved documents. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain process documentation using standardized templates.
• Gather information through meetings, existing documentation, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to document processes accurately.
• Review drafts with stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and finalize documentation.
• Upload approved documents and maintain document control.
• Perform document scanning and general administrative/documentation tasks as needed.
• Manage multiple documents and projects simultaneously.
• Follow up with stakeholders to clarify information and ensure documentation accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Document Specialist.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Associate degree with relevant work experience will also be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Windchill is a plus.
