About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clear, technically accurate content that supports data-driven initiatives. Your primary focus will be analyzing datasets, particularly using JSON and public datasets, to extract meaningful business insights. You will craft well-structured documentation, notebooks, and technical artifacts that effectively communicate complex findings. Collaboration with researchers and stakeholders is essential, as you will translate intricate data analyses into concise narratives and actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality technical documentation that facilitates understanding and decision-making across teams.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer.
• A strong background in technical writing, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured content, is essential.
• Proficiency in working with data formats such as JSON and interpreting datasets is required.
• Familiarity with Python scripting for data exploration, validation, and reproducible analysis is highly desirable, although this role does not involve core engineering tasks.
• Candidates should have experience working with notebooks and scripting workflows to support analysis and documentation.
• A good understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices is necessary.
• Strong analytical skills combined with business acumen will enable the candidate to draw appropriate conclusions and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce clear, well-structured technical documentation and deliverables that support project objectives.
• Analyze public datasets to derive actionable business insights and respond to key analytical questions.
• Explain reasoning, logic, and methodology clearly within notebooks or other suitable formats to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
• Work extensively with JSON-based data, ensuring outputs are accurate, organized, and easy to interpret.
• Utilize Python scripting to support data exploration, validation, and analysis workflows as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability of methods, assumptions, and findings for future reference and validation.
• Collaborate closely with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, clarify requirements, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Continuously improve documentation standards and stay updated on best practices in technical writing and data analysis.
