Content Director

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Director, based in El Sheikh Zaid with flexibility for some remote work. The Content Director will lead content strategy, oversee content development and management, and ensure all materials align with the brand's vision. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide a team of content creators, and drive content marketing initiatives to engage and inspire audiences. Additionally, the Content Director will assess analytics and refine content strategies to optimize performance.

• Expertise in Content Strategy and Content Marketing
• Proficiency in Content Development and Content Management
• Strong Writing skills with an emphasis on engaging and high-quality content
• Leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a content team
• Strong understanding of audience analysis and performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in a hybrid work environment is an advantage
