- Job Description:
- Produce user manuals, how-to guides and technical hand-over documentation.
- Create high level end-to-end process documents for technical workflows.
- Liase with the in-house Service Transition team and with their guidance evidence project delivery for all sub-projects.
- O365 PoC -Create Service Transition wrapper, evidence folders, populated with evidence for use with the future 'Live' delivery.
- Plan, and oversee the delivery of Knowledge Transfer sessions.
- Skills:
- Ability to read, review and understand Technical diagrams.
- Ability to write technical documentation for an audience of engineers and technical specialists.
- Understanding of Service Transition to 'Live' Service.
- Stakeholder Management experience.
