- Analyze user feedback and research to continuously improve product content and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven track record in content strategy and execution with over 8 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in content modeling and end-to-end content management system implementation.
- Exceptional English language proficiency, including grammar and style.
- Ability to convey complex financial services content in simple, engaging language.
- Proficient in content management tools like Drupal, WordPress, or Wix.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in copywriting and editing, with a portfolio of writing samples.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting constraints.
- Familiarity with compliance and legal processes during content development.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers, product managers, and engineers.
