Technical Writer

Technical Writer role is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Writer located in Yerevan. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical communication, technical documentation, and manuals. The day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing clear and concise documentation, conducting research to support content development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information. Ensuring that all technical documents are accurate, well-organized, and user-friendly is a key responsibility of this role.

Qualifications

• Technical Communication, Technical Documentation, and Technical Writing skills
• Experience in creating and maintaining Manuals and Documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members
• Experience in the ERP industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field
