Content Strategist & Creator

For over 15 years, the agency has partnered with plaintiffs’ law firms across North America, helping them grow through strategic marketing, advanced web services, and data-driven content strategies.

This role works closely with the internal content and marketing team to coordinate and publish high-quality content that supports client growth. The position plays an important role in maintaining a consistent stream of well-structured, accurate content while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. This is a collaborative role within a fast-paced agency environment where attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content across multiple projects and client accounts
• Publish and manage content using WordPress while ensuring accuracy and formatting standards
• Track and manage content tasks, workflows, and deadlines using Asana
• Support SEO-informed content planning and optimization using SEMRush
• Collaborate daily with internal team members to ensure consistent content production
• Maintain accuracy and quality standards across all published pages
• Contribute to a steady cadence of content delivery aligned with internal performance metrics

Technical Skills Required

• Content creation and content coordination experience
• Some knowledge of HTML
• Experience publishing and managing website content in WordPress
• Experience managing tasks or workflows using Asana
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush
