Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Technical Content Writer. The role involves writing, and proofreading clear, well-structured content with proper screenshots on Windows 11 operating system and other Microsoft products, including troubleshooting guides and instructional materials. The writer will also contribute to developing and executing content strategies aimed at informing and engaging the audience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Microsoft products such as Windows, Microsoft 365, Windows Server
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and general Writing skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
• Strong research and Proofreading skills
• Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must have a Windows 11 installed system
• A decent Internet connection
• Basic knowledge of how to write posts, add screenshots in WordPress CMS
• Should be able to content with 300+ words and lengthy articles with detailed steps and screenshots
