We seek a skilled and creative Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, engaging, and user-centric content that enhances our product messaging, educates our audience, and builds brand credibility. What You Will Do
- Collaborate with product teams to understand technical requirements, features, and workflows, and create comprehensive documentation for diverse audiences, including developers, product managers, and end-users.
- Develop and maintain high-quality user manuals, technical guides, API documentation, FAQs, and product release notes.
- Write clear, concise, and engaging content for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and knowledge bases, effectively showcasing KeyValue’s expertise and products.
- Partner with the marketing team to craft technical content that aligns with the company’s voice and supports campaigns, product launches, and customer success stories.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into simplified, engaging, and user-friendly content.
- Create and manage a content calendar to deliver consistent, high-quality technical content on time.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to produce content that reflects thought leadership and drives engagement.
- Incorporate SEO best practices to optimize web-based technical content and increase organic traffic to the company’s website.
- Develop product training materials, such as step-by-step guides, tutorials, and how-to videos, to support customer adoption and retention.
- Continuously review and improve existing documentation to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with product updates.
- Actively participate in content strategy discussions, bringing fresh ideas to improve technical content delivery and user experience.
- Maintain style guides and standards for all technical content to ensure consistency and clarity across all deliverables.

- Writing Excellence: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to break down complex topics into engaging, understandable content.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with technical concepts, programming, or software development processes is a plus. Ability to quickly learn and grasp new technologies and products.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of content marketing principles and the ability to align content with business goals. Experience with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales. Comfortable interviewing subject matter experts to gather insights for content creation.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality in all content produced. Ability to proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, and formatting.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills to prioritize and deliver high-quality content on time.
