The Role

Prepares technical documents, user manuals, and training materials. Writes SOPs, API guides, and installation documentation. Aligns content with government standards. Works with development, analysis, and QA teams. Maintains up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in writing user manuals, SOPs, and product documentation
• Bachelor’s in English, Mass Comm, Tech Writing, or IT-related fields

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in government legal documentation, especially property or registration domain, preferred
• Proficiency in writing bilingual content (Kannada & English) is an added advantage
