Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Staff Content Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $220,000 – $276,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve content design systems and voice principles across products
- Lead content design for major product initiatives from discovery to launch
- Anticipate and address platform-level content challenges proactively
- Establish scalable content governance frameworks for design squads
- Promote inclusive language practices and mentor others on best practices
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted content workflows and document findings
- Serve as a thought leader in content design and AI-augmented creativity
- Collaborate with brand and support teams to maintain unified messaging
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in content design or UX writing in a product-led environment
- Portfolio showcasing systems-level content thinking and quantifiable product impact
- Ability to work autonomously and drive decisions amidst ambiguity
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex initiatives
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design in written language
- Experience contributing to content design systems or editorial standards
