Lascade is looking for a talented Technical Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and high-quality content for our software products and digital platforms. We're building AI-powered tools, mobile applications, travel technology, subscription products, and digital services. We're looking for someone who can simplify complex topics and create content that helps users understand, trust, and adopt our products. What You'll Do
- Write high-quality technical articles, blogs, landing pages, product pages, and user guides.
- Create product documentation, feature announcements, FAQs, tutorials, and help center articles.
- Research complex technical topics and present them in a simple, user-friendly way.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketing teams to create accurate and engaging content.
- Optimize content for search engines while maintaining readability and user value.
- Develop product launch content, release notes, and feature documentation.
- Create comparison pages, technical explainers, and educational resources.
- Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice across all products.
- Stay updated with technology trends, AI developments, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Writing, Content Writing, or Content Marketing.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Experience writing for software, SaaS, AI, APIs, or technology products.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Ability to work closely with engineers and product teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing API documentation or developer guides.
- Experience with Markdown, GitHub, or documentation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern content workflows.
- Experience writing for international audiences.
- Experience working in startups or product companies.
