Job Title:

Senior Technical Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the creation and maintenance of technical documents, which target LeapXpert members and users. These documents serve as an authoritative source that describes the features, functions, and usage instructions of our products.
• Ensure the documents are comprehensive, accurate, readable, and easily understood.
• Manage the technology stack for the documentation toolchain, encompassing document pipelines, drafting/composing processes, and publishing to the knowledge base.
• Lead the integration of AI into documentation tasks, including generating, maintaining, and improving documents with AI agents.
• Collaborate with product managers to receive documentation requests and plan timely delivery in accordance with the product release schedule.
• Work with relevant stakeholders from engineering and customer support to gather the necessary information for creating documents.
• Monitor feedback from the audience and refine the documents to achieve and maintain the target Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
• Conduct training sessions, if required, on these documents and related product areas under development by the company.

Your skill and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as MIS, Information Technology, or Linguistics.
• Over 5 years of experience in technical writing or product documentation for software development companies.
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst is highly advantageous.
• Solid knowledge of applying AI-powered tools into documentation.
• Proven writing and editing skills to produce a wide range of documents, including usability guides, support documents, processes, and API references.
• Detail-oriented and diligent.
• Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with various stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.
• Solid understanding of technical terminology, along with familiarity with Markdown, HTML, and editing tools like Confluence and Freshdesk.
• Willingness to embrace new challenges, always aiming for the satisfaction of the target audience.
• Proficiency in English across all skills, with IELTS 7.5+ or TOEFL iBT 95+.
