Copywriter & Content Strategist

Responsibilities

• Write and concept ad copy for Meta, Google, and other digital channels
• Develop messaging strategy and campaign angles for each client brief
• Create copy across formats: ads, landing pages, email, organic social
• Build and maintain brand voice guidelines for multiple clients
• Contribute to pitches and client-facing decks with compelling narrative
• Collaborate with the performance marketer on creative testing and iteration

Requirements

• 3–5 years of copywriting experience with a portfolio of digital/performance work
• Proven ability to write for conversion: you know what makes people stop and click
• Able to manage and switch between multiple brand voices simultaneously
• Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals: you don't run ads but you understand them
• Fast and self-directed; can take a brief from concept to final with minimal back-and-forth
• Bonus: experience with SEO copy, email strategy, or social content planning
