About the Role
We are looking for a Content Designer (Campaigns & Marketing Communications) to create clear, engaging, and high-quality content across campaign and marketing channels. This role focuses on developing user-facing promotional content and requires close collaboration with Marketing, Growth, Product, Design, and Localization teams to ensure campaign messaging is accurate, consistent, and easy for users to understand. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a deep understanding of user communication, and the ability to transform complex campaign mechanics and business requirements into simple, compelling, and conversion-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
Create and structure content for campaign landing pages, banners, emails, push notifications, in-app campaign pages, and paid marketing materials.
Translate campaign objectives into clear, user-centric messaging with strong information hierarchy.
Explain campaign mechanics, reward structures, eligibility criteria, and participation rules in simple and intuitive language.
Balance creativity, clarity, brand consistency, and compliance requirements across promotional content.
Adapt messaging for different channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Product, Design, and Operations teams throughout campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
Collaborate with Localization teams to ensure content can be effectively adapted for multiple markets.
Participate in content reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve content quality and consistency.
Maintain content standards, terminology guidelines, campaign messaging frameworks, and writing best practices.
Excellent English writing skills with the ability to create both concise marketing copy and well-structured long-form content.
Strong Chinese communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
Proven experience in writing marketing, campaign, growth, or product content for digital platforms.
Strong understanding of content hierarchy, user journeys, and conversion-focused messaging.
Ability to simplify complex campaign rules, product features, and business requirements into clear and user-friendly content.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling campaign logic, eligibility requirements, and edge cases.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Comfortable collaborating with global teams across different time zones.
Experience supporting global or multi-market marketing campaigns.
Background in fintech, cryptocurrency, Web3, or other regulated industries.
Experience working with localization, legal, and compliance review processes.
Experience creating content guidelines, templates, or writing frameworks.
Familiarity with Figma or other collaborative design tools.
Strong Chinese writing skills with the ability to create engaging, user-facing marketing content.
