Job Title: UX Content Writer

Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related fields
- Strong proficiency with Figma, MS Office Suite, Copilot, and Miro
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to simplify technical, operational, or regulatory information into clear content
- Experience creating content for email, SMS, web, digital assistants, and support channels
- Knowledge of voice/tone management, message hierarchy, and content consistency
- Understanding of accessibility best practices in digital content
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Well-organized with high-quality execution in fast-paced environments
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Convey, or similar platforms
- Building or maintaining content standards and reusable templates
- Utilizing analytics, customer feedback, or A/B testing to optimize content
- Working within Agile product development cycles
- Industry experience in energy, utility, or regulated sectors
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in UX/content design
