About the Role
We are seeking 2x detail-oriented Technical Writers to support project delivery and operational initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on process documentation, change control, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, compliant project execution. You will play a key role in shaping business processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality process documentation and process maps
- Design and update L2–L5 process flow diagrams
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define and plan project deliverables
- Support project delivery initiatives, including risk assessments and change management
- Ensure all documentation remains compliant with regulatory standards and internal procedures
- Manage updates through structured change control processes
- Analyse data to improve operational efficiency and performance
- Communicate project updates, risks, and opportunities to key stakeholders
- Facilitate training, workshops, and adoption of new processes and technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across the business
Requirements
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fields
- Minimum 12 months’ experience (healthcare, pharma, or regulated environment preferred)
- Skills & Expertise
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Experience creating process flows and diagrams (Visio preferred)
- Understanding of change control and project delivery environments
- Knowledge of cGMPs and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated project management capabilities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environments
