Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Design
    • Define and implement content strategies aligned with business and user goals
    • Create clear, concise, and consistent UX copy (microcopy, UI text, workflows, notifications, onboarding, help content)
    • Ensure content enhances usability and accessibility
  • Collaboration
    • Partner with UX/UI designers, product managers, researchers, and developers
    • Participate in design sprints, workshops, and product planning
    • Advocate for content design as a core part of the product experience
  • User-Centered Approach
    • Use research insights, analytics, and usability testing to inform content decisions
    • Iterate content based on feedback and data
    • Champion user needs in all content decisions
  • Content Governance
    • Maintain and evolve content guidelines, tone of voice, and style guides
    • Ensure content consistency across platforms and touchpoints
    • Contribute to design systems and content libraries
  • Leadership & Mentorship
    • Guide and mentor junior content designers and writers
    • Provide constructive feedback and uphold content quality standards
    • Influence stakeholders on content best practices
  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, UX, Journalism, or related field
    • 5–8+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or related role
    • Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and content design work
    • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
    • Experience working with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
    • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
    • Ability to simplify complex information into user-friendly content
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience in agile product environments
    • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
    • Knowledge of SEO and content performance metrics
    • Experience with content management systems (CMS)
    • Ability to work with cross-functional, global teams
