The opportunity:
We're seeking Content Designers to support a signals intelligence and cyber security mission in Canberra. You'll be shaping technical publications, mitigation advice, and campaign content that has to be both technically precise and accessible to a broad range of audiences, across publications, web, eLearning and other interactive tools.
What you'll do:
- Own content through its full lifecycle: research, scoping, consultation, review
- Translate complex technical detail into mitigation advice and guidance that lands with its intended audience
- Design and manage technical content across multiple channels and platforms, ensuring quality, consistency and accessibility
- Apply measurement and reporting techniques to track content performance and drive improvement
What we're looking for:
- Strong technical writing and content editing background
- Authoring/publishing at an advanced level
- Comfortable owning the full publishing pipeline
- Experience building relationships with technical stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Prior government, Defence, or national security content experience
Essential requirements:
Active NV1 (NV2 ideal) | Canberra-based, onsite full-time
