Content Strategist

This consultant role brings deep subject-matter expertise in enterprise agility and organizational transformation — including how AI is reshaping the way enterprises operate, adapt, and lead — to PMI’s Thought Leadership Content Strategy team. Acting as both an SME and a content developer/owner, the consultant translates advanced transformation concepts and executive-level perspectives into rigorous, compelling thought leadership content. The role partners closely with the Manager, Content Strategy to ensure content is authoritative, audience-centered, and strategically aligned with PMI’s priorities.

Unlike a content strategy generalist, this consultant is engaged for specialized domain authority — drawing on consulting experience and direct work with C-suite executives to shape narratives that resonate with senior decision-makers.

What You'll Bring to the Role

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in enterprise agility and/or organizational transformation.
• Experience in management consulting or in advisory roles working directly with C-suite executives.
• Proven track record as a content developer and owner for an executive audience, with strong editorial judgment.
• Experience working with and cultivating networks of high-profile C-suite and senior leaders
• Experience translating complex strategic concepts into compelling narratives across formats and channels.
• Demonstrated experience with how AI and emerging technologies are influencing enterprise transformation and ways of working.
• Deep domain authority in enterprise agility/transformation
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-suite and senior leaders
• Advanced storytelling and editorial judgment
• Ability to engage credibly with senior and executive audiences
