Collaborate with our Product Managers, Competence Center Developers, Technical Consultants and our other subject matter experts to optimize and maintain internal and external content for usability and accessibility, while maintaining a high quality
Create and maintain knowledge base articles with input from our subject matter experts
Take ownership of the process of updating and maintaining our entire product documentation
Take ownership of the documentation branch of our Product Releases
Work directly with our development teams and Product Managers to research and gather information for brochures, web content and magazine entries
Gather pain points and burning questions, direct them to the appropriate experts and turn around content to address these content gaps
Prioritize feedback – internal and external to drive improvements on our documentation
Use your expertise to create, implement and govern our content standards
Bachelor's or Masters in Information Management, Communications, other related fields. Equivalent experience or certifications will be considered
3+ years of experience as a technical writer or editor of any technical documentation
Demonstrated content management experience
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to read basic code or translate technical language into user-friendly content
Experience working with Content Management tools
IT affinity and high interest in new topics and technologies is needed
Open to travel
