What the Hiring Manager Is Looking For

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level candidate with hands-on experience managing website content. The ideal candidate understands how digital content is published, maintained, and optimized for user experience. Basic HTML knowledge is a strong plus, but the primary focus is on content authoring, web publishing, and digital content management—not software development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Author, update, QA, and publish content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Support web and mobile content initiatives that enhance the digital customer experience
• Partner with Marketing, UX, and Digital teams to deliver timely, high-quality content updates
• Perform content reviews and audits to ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and brand compliance
• Analyze content performance using Adobe Analytics and recommend opportunities for optimization
• Support SEO best practices, content governance, and digital publishing standards
• Coordinate multiple content initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred Background

• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or another enterprise CMS
• Experience publishing and managing content for corporate or high-traffic websites
• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools
• Understanding of content strategy, SEO, taxonomy, and digital best practices
• Basic HTML experience (CSS/JavaScript exposure is a plus, not a requirement)
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
