Remote Team

Our team has roots in Nashville but proudly operates as a fully remote workforce with team members across the U.S. We're on the lookout for exceptional individuals who are not only comfortable with remote work but excel at it. Purpose of the Role

As a Content Strategist at Ratio, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing content strategies tailored for clients in the B2B healthtech space. Your primary objective will be to translate highly complex technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with target C-suite audiences while aligning with industry trends and client goals. You will collaborate closely with our team to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns aimed at establishing our clients as industry thought leaders and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive content strategies to support marketing campaigns for B2B healthtech clients.
  • Create engaging content across various channels, including white papers, guides, case studies, blog posts, email copy, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with designers to create website wireframes and develop web copy based on clients’ brand messaging.
  • Conduct thorough research to ensure deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and client products/services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including SEO, paid media, and design/development to ensure content aligns with overall campaign goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize content performance and drive measurable results.
  • Partner with clients to understand their unique value propositions and incorporate key messaging into content development.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in content marketing and B2B healthtech industries to continually refine strategies and approaches.

Ownership:

  • Creating and maintaining blog and social calendars
  • Writing blog posts, web copy, email copy, social media copy, rich content, and more
  • Incorporating SEO best practices and collaborating with SEO team
  • Reviewing monthly analytics reports and leveraging data to inform content development

Experience in this Role:

  • Daily engagement with content deliverables to support retained clients
  • Weekly participation in departmental and all-hands meetings and contribution to client meetings when needed
  • Monthly focus on content planning, including blog and social media calendars
  • Quarterly responsibilities include developing rich content pieces, supporting client business reviews, and contributing to website content planning and copy development
  • Annual attendance at company events and retreats

  • Professional Experience: You should have at least 3 years of content strategy and writing experience in the B2B healthcare industry, or possess a robust portfolio showcasing your B2B healthcare content skills.
  • Availability: Your schedule allows for core office hours availability, ensuring collaboration and synchronization with the team.
  • Content Mastery: Your portfolio demonstrates strong capabilities in writing for B2B audiences and articulating complex technical concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

While these qualifications are not mandatory, they could enhance your application:

  • Agency Experience: You have worked at a marketing or PR agency in previous roles.
  • Platform Proficiency: You have experience using Canva and other digital + AI tools to support content creation.
