Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Content Strategist III to join our team and support content initiatives. This role will focus on writing, editing, testing, and improving customer support and Help Center content, as well as contributing to Generative AI (GenAI) development. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer and strategic thinker with experience managing large content sets and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Write, edit, test, and optimize Help Center articles and customer support responses based on content strategy.
- Develop and refine content to enable Generative AI applications.
- Apply, maintain, and advocate for content standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to simplify and clarify complex product and policy concepts in a user-friendly manner.
- Utilize content management systems (CMS) and content analytics tools to assess content effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English or a relevant field from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy.
- 6+ months of experience in content writing for Generative AI.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a proven track record of editorial judgment on complex and sensitive topics.
- Experience planning and writing online help content and customer support responses for social media platforms or mobile applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), content analytics tools, and project management software.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with analytics tools to assess content performance.
- Strong project management experience, including managing competing priorities.
Candidate Profile
- Must-Have Skills:
- Generative AI Content Experience – At least 6+ months of experience working with Generative AI content.
- Technical Writing & Content Strategy – At least 2+ years of experience in a content-focused role, with strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
- Project Management Skills – Ability to effectively manage workload, deadlines, and multiple workstreams.
- Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with analytics tools and CMS platforms.
- Project management experience.
