Job Category: Marketing & Communications
About Salesforce:
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all. Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Product Marketing & Thought Leadership team is the strategic voice behind how Slack shows up in the market. We shape the company's narrative, define its messaging architecture, and build the content and influence engine that establishes Slack as the definitive leader in the future of work. That means crafting the arguments that move analysts, the content that earns attention, and the category frameworks that make Slack impossible to ignore. We don't just describe what Slack does — we define what the market believes about where work is going.
About The Role:
Slack is redefining what it means to work — not just with other people, but with AI. As the multiplayer OS for AI, Slack is the only place where human and agent collaboration actually happens at scale. We're looking for a senior content strategist and writer who can make that story impossible to ignore. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who thinks in narratives and writes in arguments. You'll own Slack's most important external content — from category-defining whitepapers and trend reports to launch narratives and executive thought leadership — and set the editorial standard for how Slack shows up in the market. You'll report to the Director of External Narrative & Influence and work at the center of product marketing, editorial strategy, and market storytelling.
What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Why This Role, Why Now
The question of where AI actually works — not just exists, but works, for real people, on real teams — is one of the defining business conversations of enterprise AI in this decade. Slack has a clear and compelling answer. This role exists to make sure the world hears it.
Unleash Your Potential
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
