About the Role:
As a Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full content lifecycle of our educational platform. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external creators to develop engaging, structured, and scalable learning materials. This role requires strong editorial and organizational skills, familiarity with e-learning best practices, and a desire to explore and apply the latest AI-powered content solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Creation of content for educational courses (from ideation to launch).
- Oversee the end-to-end content development process, from idea to launch.
- Work closely with subject matter experts, instructors, and external content creators to develop high-quality educational materials.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s educational goals and objectives.
- Review and curate course content to ensure it meets quality standards, including relevance, accuracy, and engagement.
- Conduct competitive research and analysis of the EdTech field, identifying industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in AI technologies relevant to educational content creation, automation, and personalization, and suggest innovations for implementation.
- Collaborate with the head of marketing to align content strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content management, preferably within the e-learning or EdTech industry.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
- Hands-on experience with AI to optimize and automate content processes.
- Knowledge of current e-learning trends and best practices.
- Ability to work with large amounts of information and structure it.
- Efficiently manage time to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- English – Upper-Intermediate+ or higher.
