Job description
We are looking for a Content Strategist who can build content systems for brand building, lead generation, education, nurturing, and sales conversion. The candidate must be able to use AI tools for content research, ideation, writing, repurposing, scripting, and content performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop monthly and quarterly content strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, email, WhatsApp, blogs, and landing pages.
- Create content pillars for brand strategy, business growth, digital marketing, customer education, case studies, founder-led content, and product/service promotions.
- Plan content for all funnel stages: awareness, trust building, nurturing, conversion, and retention.
- Write or guide social media posts, carousels, video scripts, email sequences, WhatsApp messages, landing page copy, and ad copy.
- Create campaign content calendars with clear objectives, formats, hooks, CTAs, and distribution plans.
- Work with designers and video editors to convert ideas into strong creative assets.
- Collaborate with brand strategists and funnel strategists to ensure content is strategically correct.
- Track content performance and recommend improvements.
AI Capabilities Required
- Must be highly capable of using AI for content ideation, content calendars, research, copywriting, scriptwriting, content repurposing, and editing.
- Ability to create AI-assisted prompts for social posts, email sequences, video scripts, carousel structures, blogs, and ad copy.
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, Grammarly, Canva AI, or similar tools.
- Ability to use AI to convert long-form content into short-form posts, reels, carousels, and email campaigns.
- Should be able to maintain brand voice while using AI-generated content.
Required Skills
