• Define target audience, outline manuals, and write documentation that is technically accurate and conforms to the company's writing style guidelines.
• Document new features and maintain existing documentation versions, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
• Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to deliver technical documentation with a high focus on clarity, completeness, accuracy, and usability.
• Obtain product information from agile meetings, specifications, supplemental material, and discussions with SMEs
• Participate in peer review processes to improve documentation quality.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
• Suggest screen labels and error messages with a focus on improving the customer experience (UX).
• Skilled in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing a variety of documents.
• Coordinate with onsite trainers for the required document deliverables.
• Proven English writing skills
• Knowledge of MSTP is required. Exposure to familiarity with programming languages is not required but will be a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills.
• Self-motivated with positive attitude and analytical skills.
• Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Visio.
