The role
As Staff UX Writer, it will be your responsibility to shape the future of personal finance by delivering a consistent SoFi voice throughout the experience, establishing content frameworks that set a high standard for excellence and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary set of stakeholders. You’ll focus on one or more product areas, alongside the Designers, Researchers and larger team for that area. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with other UX Writers, Marketing Writers, and teams to bring the best holistic experience to life for our members.
In this role you’ll be primarily responsible for all content across our oldest and most established business unit, Borrow — as well as key cross-business unit efforts such as onboarding. Borrow’s mission involves creating seamless, informative and intuitive experiences across a large suite of loan products used by people in their journey of “getting their money right”. Our expanding loan products suite helps people across various stages of their lives and financial needs, across two key milestones: applying and managing their payments.
SoFi has achieved significant growth, with ambitious plans ahead, but to continue this growth we need great talent. And that starts with you.
