About the Role:
We are hiring a Technical Writer to join our growing proposal and business development team. If you enjoy writing compelling content in the Information Technology domain and have experience working on RFP proposals, especially in past performance documentation, this role is for you. You'll be working on-site in Nagpur during US business hours, collaborating with global teams to craft persuasive narratives for IT and software development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and edit past performance sections for RFP responses related to software development and IT services.
- Use relevant technical keywords and concepts like Agile, DevOps, SDLC, CI/CD, and more.
- Gather and interpret technical inputs from project managers and subject matter experts.
- Leverage AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper) to boost productivity and enhance quality.
- Maintain a library of past performance content and ensure compliance with RFP requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in technical/proposal writing, especially for IT and software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes and technical terminology.
- Passion for writing in the Information Technology domain.
- Familiarity with RFP processes and documentation.
- Proficient in using AI tools for content generation.
- Excellent communication and editing skills.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (US timings) from our Nagpur office.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with proposal tools (RFPIO, Loopio).
- Exposure to US government or enterprise RFPs.
- Familiarity with ISO, NIST, or CMMI frameworks.
Important:
- This is a full-time, on-site position in Nagpur.
- Remote work is not available.
- Candidates must be open to working night shifts (US hours).
