SourceBae is a leading platform in IT staff augmentation, helping global businesses hire top remote tech talent. We're now looking for a creative and skilled Technical Content Writer to power our content engine and strengthen our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and web/social media content focused on IT recruitment, hiring trends, and AI in hiring
- Write compelling case studies, success stories, and client/vendor testimonials
- Optimize content using SEO best practices to drive organic traffic
- Stay updated with tech & hiring trends to create insightful, data-driven content
- Collaborate with internal teams to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences
- Contribute to LinkedIn posts, carousels, and thought-leadership content
- Support in planning and executing the content calendar
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technical content writing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or product-based domains)
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content strategy
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and AI writing tools (preferred)
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and deadline-driven
