Content Strategist I – 90% Remote – Atlanta - 12-month Contract
W2 only
Hybrid: Twice a month in Office for Standing Meetings but also need to be available to be in office on a at need basis
12-month contract - W2
Pay Rate: max $40/hr
Interview Process: 2 rounds virtual
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Content development/production experience
- Demonstrated understanding of social media marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, planning, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing projects, deliverables and deadlines
- Strong data analysis skills
- Ability to cultivate/build relationships and work collaboratively with internal partners and external vendors
- Strong problem-solving skills and quality-focused
- Keen attention to detail as the final approver for content, copy and assets.
- Demonstrated customer focus
Must Haves:
- Self-starter with proven track record of high initiative

- Flexible with the ability to take direction & feedback
- Previous Experience in Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design programs
- Previous experience with copywriting & editing
- Understanding of recruitment marketing methodologies, employer branding & Talent Acquisition practices
- Understanding of content creation
- Previous experience with Applicant
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills can be acquired.
Job Description/Overview:
- Develops content matrices for existing designs (to identify content needs).
- Proactively engages design and marketing leads to identify content needs
- Leads discussions and reviews of content strategy deliverables with business partners and stakeholders.
- Plan, write, edit, test and improve content including interface language (microcopy), navigational nomenclature and other content throughout the experiences
- Able to draft content guidelines for the team (to use when creating preliminary designs).
- Active desire to collaborate with design and development colleagues
- Can facilitate/lead team ideation sessions.
- Able to conduct content audits of existing and competitive brands
- Capable of synthesizing user feedback to make strategic content considerations.
- Co-create/concept development.
- Translate talent requirements into meaningful content strategies and prospect experiences.
