Job description
We are seeking experienced Associate Creative Directors (ACD) specializing in UX Copywriting to join our team supporting one of our telecommunication clients. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling user experience copy across digital products and platforms, interfacing directly with high-profile clients, and delivering exceptional creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine UX copy for websites, applications, and digital products that enhances user experience and aligns with brand voice
- Serve as the primary client-facing representative, presenting creative work and maintaining strong client relationships
- Lead copy development across user journeys, information architecture, navigation systems, and product interfaces
- Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, and developers to create cohesive digital experiences
- Advocate for best practices in UX writing and content strategy
- Provide strategic direction for complex digital initiatives
- Present work to senior client stakeholders with confidence and authority
- Deliver constructive feedback and iterate based on client input
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UX copywriting with a Manager-level or equivalent title
- Portfolio demonstrating work with major, recognizable brands
- Proven track record of client-facing experience, including leading presentations, providing strategic recommendations, and managing client expectations
- Deep understanding of UX principles and how copy influences user experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience working in agency or consulting environments
