Job description
As a Sr. Content Strategist/Content Designer, you will:
- Conduct content audits and evaluate existing experience
- Create content strategy based on business requirements, using information architecture and user flows
- Work with leadership, UX team, and project management to establish sprint deliverables
- Produce microcopy including instructions, menus, labels, and alerts. Other content may include emails, help, and site documentation.
- Research, evangelize, and follow best practices for content design
- Collaborate closely with designers
- Track down answers from subject matter experts and other partners
- Build alignment between UX team members, product managers, and developers
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
- Product content design – 5 years
- Working with legal/compliance – 1 year
- Agile – 2 years
