Group Overview

This position sits under the Digital Strategy Group, specifically on the Customer Experience Design team. This team focuses on web and mobile platform design for the Member portal (3.4 million users) called Blue Connect.

Position Overview

We are seeking a User Experience Design Analyst to join our team who will serve as a UX Content Designer supporting B2B UX initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in writing intuitive, user-friendly UX writing samples, an understanding of Web Accessibility Content Guidelines and experience writing accessible content, experience with content styles guides, and a familiarity with Figma, Microsoft 365, Jira, and HTML/CSS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate remotely with a team of product designers, product managers, researchers, and developers to create user-centric copy, including navigation, empty and error states, onboarding, and other UX elements in the end-to-end digital experience
• Contribute to building and maintaining a content style guide and best practices for consistency across all digital touch points
• Participate in user research and leverage data-driven insights, including analytics and users' feedback, to enhance content effectiveness and user engagement
• Collaborate remotely with legal and business strategy teams to ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for content
• Partner with the broader content team to integrate UX writing into overall content design goals
• Adapt efficiently to changing project timelines and/or requirements, demonstrating a proactive approach to content
• Develop and document content and information architecture, ensuring smooth user flows
• Support UX projects on within their B2B offerings

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
