- 7+ years of experience writing end-user-facing UX content for web, applications, or e-commerce platforms
- Strong expertise in UX writing, content design, and content strategy
- Proficiency in Figma and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience collaborating with design, research, and product teams
- Ability to transform complex concepts into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Strong understanding of customer research, content models, style guides, and brand voice
- Portfolio showcasing UX writing and content design work
