Technical Writer

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Technical Writer role based in Israel, combining on-site work at the Herzliya office with flexibility to work from home. The Technical Writer will create, update, and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation for Verint’s CX automation platform and related products. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with product managers, developers, and UX teams to gather information, authoring manuals and online help, and structuring content for different audiences such as administrators, integrators, and end users. The role involves ensuring documentation aligns with product releases, maintaining consistent terminology and style, and incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and customers. The Technical Writer will also contribute to documentation processes and tools, helping improve templates, guidelines, and content workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication for complex software and AI-driven platforms.
• Experience creating and maintaining Technical Documentation and product Documentation in a fast-paced R&D environment.
• Ability to develop clear, structured Manuals and other user-facing guides for different technical audiences.
• Excellent written English, with attention to detail, consistency, and clarity.
• Ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, integrations, data flows) and explain them in accessible language.
• Experience working with documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, Git-based docs, or similar) and structured authoring practices.
• Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working with engineers, product managers, and UX in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, Linguistics, or similar) or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience documenting enterprise software, SaaS platforms, or AI/automation solutions is an advantage.
