Technical Content Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Technical Content Strategist to lead the development of clear, engaging, and technically rigorous content across multiple formats. This individual will serve as a key liaison among technical teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders including developers, enterprise clients, and investors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to translate complex concepts in artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and cybersecurity into accessible and impactful narratives. This role includes content creation for documentation, technical blogs, pitch materials, onboarding resources, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and produce technical blog posts, product deep dives, industry explainers, and how-tos.
• Develop compelling pitch decks, one-pagers, and investor-facing content aligned with our narrative.
• Write and maintain clear, structured product documentation, user manuals, API guides, and onboarding resources.
• Craft value-driven messaging for product launches, updates, and integrations.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to distill complex ideas into digestible content.
• Partner with marketing to align content with SEO, brand voice, and campaign goals.
• Coordinate with design for visuals, diagrams, and formatting in docs and decks.
• Monitor engagement metrics such as time-on-page, bounce rate and conversion rates for blogs and documentation
• Use analytics to assess content performance and improve structure, clarity or targeting where necessary
• Conduct regular audits of internal content to ensure consistency and completeness
• Benchmark competitor content and track trends in AI, blockchain and cybersecurity to maintain thought leadership

Qualifications:

• 3–6+ years of experience in technical writing, product marketing, or developer content.
• Strong portfolio including blogs, technical docs, and pitch decks.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple, elegant, and structured language.
• Familiarity with AI/ML models, Web3 protocols, smart contracts, cybersecurity frameworks, etc.
• Experience with Markdown, Notion, Git, or static site generators like Docusaurus is a plus.
• Bonus: if experienced with investor-facing communications or open-source communities.
