We're currently seeking an AI-first Content Manager to shape the voice of our newly built ecommerce brands through high-impact content that connects with millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Manage content: Publish and maintain content across CMS platforms - our own developed CMS, Strapi and Shopify.
- Localize content: Adapt content for different regions and languages to reach a broader audience.
- Stay ahead of trends: Research industry trends, gather market insights, and perform competitor analysis to guide our content strategy.
- Connect and automate: connect the content with our analytics platforms, marketing suites and other platforms. Automate repetitive mundane tasks.
Requirements
- Strong communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English with a keen eye for grammar.
- CMS familiarity: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Shopify, Wordpress or others.
- Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality content.
- AI-first: Must use AI in your daily work - bonus points for using Coding agents, working with MCPs.
- Tech-savvy: Understanding of basic HTML, CSS, JS, how APIs work and being able to use AI tools to vibe-code content.
- Eager to learn: A proactive attitude and willingness to grow your skills in a supportive environment.

- Graphic Design: Ability to create simple graphics or edit images - use of AI is encouraged.
- Analytics Knowledge: Understanding of web analytics tools to track and report on content performance.
- Creative Thinking: Bringing fresh ideas to the table for content innovation and improvement.
The salary range for this position starts at 1400 EUR and is up to 2000 EUR Net per month or higher and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications, skills, and prior experience.
