Technical Writer

THE ROLE

For our production plant in Montecchio Maggiore (VI) with more than 800 employees, we are looking for a Technical Writer to join our R&D team and global documentation community. In this role, you will turn complex engineering concepts into clear, structured, and user-friendly content. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical mindset, a high level of precision, and a natural inclination for organizing and structuring complex information.

Main Responsibilities

• Create technical documentation (manuals, datasheets, catalogs, digital content)
• Simplify complex information into clear, structured content
• Apply modular writing principles (single sourcing & reuse)
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the evolution of tools, processes, and digital documentation

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma (mechanical, mechatronics or similar)
• Proficiency in written English
• Strong writing skills in Italian
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Team player in an international environment

Nice to have

• Experience with documentation and content tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Office, CAD tools or similar)
• Familiarity with structured content and authoring (XML, CCMS)
• Interest in automation and AI applied to content creation
