Salary: £33,000 - £38,000

Dynamic and in touch with our student base? The Website Content Lead is a Yugoer at heart and lives our goal of making our customers “Live their Best Life”. The Website Content Lead will be supporting and executing the creation and optimization of content across all website(s) and platforms to best reflect and cater to our customers. You'll be the go-to expert for bringing key business campaigns to life on-site, ensuring that every consumer touchpoint—from the homepage to product pages—is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for every screen.
It’s a big job! You are a self-starter and are (relatively) autonomous, at least enough to work across multiple time zones and jurisdictions. Crucially you are passionate about and energized by new projects and creating growth and contributing to the success of the business.

Qualifications
Experience and Knowledge
- Marketing or eCommerce related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in content development, management, and strategy for global websites.
- Strong background working with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Experience managing and mentoring team members, with a focus on developing creative and efficient work processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, and website analytics.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excited to work across a global landscape.
- Data-driven mindset, with communication skills that lend themselves to presenting key findings.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work across teams and regions.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for enhancing user experiences.
- Ability to leverage technology to improve content workflows, increase efficiency, and maintain content quality.
Desirable
- Knowledge of CMS and CRM tools. Ideally knowledge of CoreMedia.
- Experience working within a global organization with regional content considerations.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira.
- Experience in B2B or B2C environments is a plus.
Salary
£33,000 - £38,000 per year
