Role Description

The Technical Resume Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mehsana. This role involves collaborating closely with IT professionals to develop targeted, high-impact resumes and professional profiles that align with current market demands and employer expectations. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing candidate backgrounds, translating complex technical experience into clear and compelling language, and organizing content to highlight relevant skills, achievements, and career progression. The Technical Resume Writer will also create customized versions of resumes for specific roles, ensure consistency with industry standards, and support candidates with related documents such as cover letters and LinkedIn profiles. The role requires regular coordination with recruitment consultants and staying current on hiring trends, job descriptions, and technical skill requirements in various IT domains.

Qualifications

• Ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate materials using Technical Writing and Technical Communication skills.
• Experience creating structured Technical Documentation and Manuals tailored to diverse technical roles and audiences.
• Proficiency in organizing and maintaining Documentation that presents complex technical information in an accessible format.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, tools, and terminology, with the ability to translate technical expertise into outcome-focused resume content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong attention to detail and grammar.
• Ability to interview candidates, analyze career history, and identify key achievements and strengths.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and optimization of resumes for keyword relevance.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
