Adecco Creative and Marketing has partnered with one of nation's largest pharmaceutical retail corporations to fill a Marketing Manager - Content Strategy position.
This hybrid contract is expected to end on 14 Nov 25. The pay is $40-$44/hr. Hybrid preferred if close to an office, but Remote is an option for the right candidates.
The Manager, PCW Content Strategy will support the execution and optimization of content initiatives for Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness (PCW) business. This role will assist in implementing content strategies, managing content calendars, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure timely and effective content delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in content marketing and digital execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Execution and Coordination:
- Support the development and execution of content briefs and calendars for owned channels
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Creative, Clinical, Legal) and external partners (media, publishers, influencers) to deliver content assets
- Ensure content aligns with brand and compliance guidelines, accessibility standards, and business objectives
- Participate in content governance activities to maintain consistency across channels
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Creative and Compliance teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Maintain documentation and support project management efforts to keep content initiatives on track
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Monitor content performance and lead monthly reporting process
- Help identify opportunities for content optimization based on performance data and audience insights
- Assist in briefing and testing new content formats and gathering feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Experience in content marketing or digital marketing
- Familiarity with multi-channel content strategies (web, social, paid media)
- Experience working with creative teams and external agencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution
- Experience using data and insights to inform requirements, ideas, and strategies
- Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment
- Hands-on experience with web tools (CMS, A/B testing, site analytics, and business intelligence tools) specifically, Adobe products including Analytics, Target, and Experience Manager (AEM)
- Knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, SEO Clarity, Google Search Console)
- Experience with AI-driven content tools, marketing automation platforms, or personalization engines is a plus
- Experience working in a matrixed organization, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required
This is a W2 position.
