Payrate: $30.00 - $40.00 /hr.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You'll understand the needs of our customers and provide insights in how we can improve their journeys and experiences with us.
- You'll assess content performance and contribute heavily to the organization's planning. You'll do this by setting up processes for monitoring and reporting on content performance.
- You'll also be responsible for setting up standard operating procedures for the content organization and collaborators, putting in place outstanding content management systems (processes and technology), and ensuring content delivery plans are in place for the audiences we serve.
- Collaborating with your colleagues in content design and with your lens of industry best practice, you'll guide decisions on the self & guided and assisted content matrix.
- You will work closely with product and platform teams to optimize our authoring and content delivery mechanisms.
- You'll be aware of developments in content delivery and, when appropriate, suggest new mechanisms and tools for how we get content to our customers where they are.
- You'll develop solid working relationships with user experience research and design teams, the client's brand team, and the product development and engineering teams in cs tech to ensure content always has a voice in strategy discussions and decisions.
- You'll work across governance and design to ensure that agreed content strategy is implemented accurately and fully.
- You will perform content needs assessments, audits and complete planning processes for a portfolio of work across the content organization.
- This is an international role. You'll be working with colleagues across North America, Europe and Australia.
Who you are:
- An extremely effective communicator, with the ability to simply articulate content strategy concepts
- A skilled writer, with the ability to build, edit and curate content to standard
- You understand how strategy translates to great content, and how to write it.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy, content design and/or knowledge management
- Expertise in outstanding content management with a passion for technology and a strong vision of the future for digital content management
- Expertise in modern content strategy and content design methodologies
- Experience developing content strategies for a multichannel environment with multiple backends and frontends
- Functional knowledge of content management systems tools and technology
- Experience working with Oracle KM, Jira, and other service tools
- Familiarity with current content management tools and understanding of the landscape
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in English, journalism, library science, communications, marketing, human-centered interaction, or related field.
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $30.00 - $40.00 /hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
