Content Strategist / UX Writer

Location: Onsite – Kearny Mesa (San Diego, CA) | Monday–Friday (flexible daily hours)

About the Role

Join an innovative digital product design team that is transforming customer experiences through world-class digital solutions. As a Content Strategist / UX Writer, you’ll help shape how customers interact with digital products by crafting clear, consistent, and purposeful content. You’ll partner closely with designers, researchers, and product teams to deliver meaningful experiences that align with business goals and user needs.

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic content vision for new digital products and features.
• Define and implement content requirements, governance frameworks, and guidelines.
• Write clear, concise copy that helps users accomplish tasks efficiently.
• Build messaging architecture to reflect brand voice and mission.
• Develop and maintain content models, information architecture, taxonomy, and related frameworks.
• Participate in user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Support proposal development and project scoping with content strategy insights.
• Advocate for content strategy best practices across teams.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3+ years as a Content Strategist, Content Designer, or UX Writer in a digital environment.

Skills: Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and problem-solving; ability to distill complex ideas into simple, engaging content.

Mindset: Collaborative, curious, empathetic, and proactive.

Must be willing to work onsite in Kearny Mesa (San Diego) Monday–Friday.
