At Anaisol, we are a Brand Growth & Business Strategy Partner, based in Hyderabad, helping businesses build stronger brands, generate growth, and create market leadership. We work with startups, retail brands, jewellery brands, healthcare organizations, real estate companies, manufacturing businesses, and established enterprises.
We are looking for a creative thinker who understands brands, content, storytelling, consumer psychology, and digital platforms. This is not a routine social media role. You will help shape content strategies, campaign ideas, brand narratives, and creative direction across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client businesses, industries, customers, and competitors.
- Identify unique positioning opportunities and brand differentiators.
- Develop content pillars and communication frameworks.
- Help brands build a clear and consistent identity.
- Develop monthly content strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Generate high-quality content ideas, campaigns, and storytelling concepts.
- Build and maintain content banks for various industries.
- Create content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Track industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
- Identify viral content formats, emerging trends, and platform opportunities.
- Conduct market research to uncover content opportunities.
- Conceptualize campaigns, launches, festive promotions, awareness drives, and brand-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, videographers, and social media teams to bring ideas to life.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and content strategy.
- Ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas consistently.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and digital content ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze trends and convert them into brand-relevant content.
- Curiosity about business, startups, consumer psychology, brands, and media.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, Advertising, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, brand strategy, creative strategy, marketing, or digital agencies.
- Experience working with multiple brands and industries is an advantage.
- Strong writing and presentation skills.
