Job description
Art Vision is looking for a senior, hands-on content creator who combines sharp creative instincts with a real marketing mind. This is a role for someone who produces the work — ideas, copy, and campaigns — and sets the creative standard for everyone around them. It is not a pure management seat.
Responsibilities
- Develop original concepts, hooks, and campaign ideas designed to capture attention and drive engagement.
- Lead the creative behind client pitches — turning a brief into the concept and deck that wins the business.
- Write across all formats: scripts, captions, ad copy, content pillars, and full campaign concepts.
- Build content strategies focused on performance, not just publishing.
- Understand how platforms and their algorithms work, and apply that to every piece of content.
- Evaluate content and campaign performance, and know precisely how to fix what's underperforming.
Requirements
- 5+ years in content creation, with a track record you can demonstrate through results.
- Strong marketing awareness and a deep understanding of audience psychology.
- Solid command of platform algorithms and what drives content performance.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling in Arabic; English is a strong plus.
- Confidence pitching and presenting ideas, both in writing and in person.
- Versatility across brands, creators, and artists, with the ability to move quickly between them.
