Job description
As a UX Content Writer, you'll shape how customers experience the ASBL brand across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll create content that informs, guides, inspires, and converts—bringing clarity to complex journeys and ensuring every interaction feels thoughtful and purposeful. You'll work at the intersection of storytelling, customer experience, and business strategy, collaborating closely with design, marketing, product, and sales teams to craft impactful communication that drives engagement and trust.
You will be the Go To Person For:
- Writing clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital experiences, landing pages, campaigns, and websites
- Creating user-focused microcopy for forms, buttons, tooltips, notifications, and customer interactions
- Collaborating with product designers/managers to align content with user journeys and interface design
- Translating business objectives and customer insights into compelling content strategies
- Developing content that reflects ASBL's brand voice and strengthens customer engagement
- Ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and communication across all channels
- Reviewing, refining, and optimizing content based on feedback, user behavior, and business goals
Are You The One We Need?
Qualifications That Shine:
- 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, UX writing, or digital content creation
- Strong understanding of UX writing principles, customer behavior, and content strategy
- Ability to write both marketing copy and product/interface content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with design, product, or marketing teams
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, hospitality, or consumer brands is a plus
