Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Strategist role based in Ahmedabad. The Content Strategist will define content goals, messaging frameworks, and editorial roadmaps that support brand positioning and campaign objectives. Responsibilities include conducting audience and competitor research, auditing existing content, and identifying gaps and opportunities across websites, landing pages, and digital channels. The role involves planning and managing content calendars, briefing and collaborating with writers and designers, and ensuring all content aligns with brand voice, UX, and SEO best practices. The Content Strategist will work closely with creative, design, and technology teams to deliver cohesive experiences, measure content performance, and optimize based on data and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Content Strategy and Content Development, with the ability to translate business goals into clear content plans and narratives.
  • Experience in Content Management, including maintaining content inventories, organizing information, and overseeing publishing workflows.
  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing, with a focus on clarity, brand consistency, and user-centric digital experiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, UX, marketing, tech) in an agency or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with using analytics tools to assess content performance and inform optimization decisions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, CMS platforms, and basic UX concepts; prior agency or branding experience is a plus.
