YOUR TASKS

• Assist with the development and implementation of in-app communications (including scalable content models, messaging strategies, semantic markup) that address requirements of client's product and development content.
• Promote best practices related to multi-platform and multi-channel publishing, user-generated content, and localization
• Define and develop the in-app communication strategy
• Create and publish announcements, step by step guides, etc
• Use data and research to evaluate content effectiveness.
• Build relationships and partnerships with other content teams at client to establish guidelines and standards that drives in-app content consistency across client and enforce the client`s brand promise
• Assist with the implementation of systems to manage in-app content throughout the content lifecycle
• Define the process from the need through the request, to the publication
• Coordinate the work of the different stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

The successful candidate must be proficient in Pendo, with good html and css skills.

Experience with building videos is a bonus but not essential.
